FLAWED HOUSES of FOUR SEASONS
A plucky and timorous unpretentious stream of consciousness…
FLAWED HOUSES of FOUR SEASONS cleverly weaves the complicated and mundane intricacies of the author’s life into a captivating narrative of discontent versus accomplishment – twenty-five four seasons surrounded by perpetual drum beats of addiction, abuse, and low expectations leads to a host of surprising consequences.
“Dreams do come true.”
ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Hello Readers, I’m James Morris. Thank you for taking some time to check out my author website. I’m a forty-year career educator, now fully retired. I was a classroom teacher for sixteen years and administrator for twenty-four. I first pursued fashion merchandizing and design before returning to my original career desire completing a Bachelor’s in elementary education. I’ve taught in both public and private schools before earning a Master’s in Administrative Leadership. My first role as principal then school president landed me in a private school. I then returned to my roots in a large urban public elementary school with a 96% poverty rate. That story of a thousand challenges and many more are a part of my debut published work, a memoir, one I hope you’ll consider reading. I love writing and currently working on a second manuscript. I live with my wife of forty-one years in rural Davidson County among tall trees, north of Nashville, Tennessee. We often refer to the location as our wooded sanctuary. We have one daughter. Happy reading! James
